Starting in ernest

My Big DREAMS are... Paiwen Paddle Board, Take the Kids to Disney Land, Pay off one of the houses. Be student loan free. 

I am what I think about most!
My Successes today were : (hummm I might be a morning writer but fix this later.)
1. Yesterday I made the basement usable,
2. Organized Garrat room. I hope he likes finding his clothes.
3.  Planted potatoes, moved some plants, killed weeds, and got some great stretching exsersize while doing it. 
4.Made soup for the week, this has been amazing on coffee reduction plan. blending it makes it think and rich and yummy and 0 points! 
5. Hannah came home for the weekend, nice to have her around. Missed Garrat, didn't miss their constant nattering .. 
6. Got out of my comfort zone at BBQ Friday night, had a great time, and got to know how "ok" I am with myself, my decisions and I am excited about how I can use that experience, like the first time I went Kayaking in deep water, to push myself forward.
I  am Grateful for (3 min. and you can repeat)
1. my new home feeling so safe and quite ( most days quiet) 
2. my kids being so amazing and working and their own successes. 
3. my parents for being so helpful and supportive. 

The action I took towards my BIG DREAMS were...
( you must take one action towards your big dream every day ( 3 is awesome)
1. Taking care of my home, and know it is clean and organized lets me get to the business side. I used to leave things and work on business but I know how to balance better now. It is easier to work on everything a little at a time instead of a huge fix up later that will overwhelm me. 
2. I have to take a resume up to Vallhalla Pure tomorrow for a part time spot that brings me closer to the outdoors and that paddle board. I think hanging out with like minded people will be great. 
3. Clean house, happy family.. Fed Family happy family. all good. We will also work on a dream board together this week at some point. ( need magazines.( 

The actions I took towards my Happiness were
(You must at least do ONE activity towards increasing your Happiness at set points every day.. no matter how small)
1. I took time for inner peace yesterday, sitting on the grass and pulling weeds.. drinking coffee, this neighborhood is just unlike where I have lived before, it has a quiet air of being established like an old Shaunessy neighborhood, without the big houses and stuffiness...
2. I ate well, I fasted ( but drank lots/tons) most of the day, and had a light dinner after the sun went down in honor of my friends who are partaking of Ramadan. 
3. I cleaned, I organized, and I worked though the pain... must go see Paul!
