Another new rule - READ - BEFORE PANICK .....

In university I learned to quick read... that is what I consider the precurser to speed reading... so I skim alot.
Last week I got a bill from the city.. I just skimmed to the total at the bottom and panicked... got angery as the morgage company was supposed to pay the tax bill on the houses, and have been waiting for another one for the other house. Dreading sitting on hold to ask y why the bill is higher than what I had to pay out monthly.. blah blah blah.. my head doing to talking.
So while in my seminar yeasterday I made a "todo" list and making that phone call was on it.  While looking for the phone number I thought I might actually read the letter.. and actually I just needed to sign the form at the bottom to apply for the homeowners grant I didn't  think I qualified for as we have two houses. While reading it I also remembered my parents are on the title so maybe we get the seniors discount.  This has been really awesome for the insurance company as we qualified for all the seniors discounts.. ( another reason to be thankful for having my parents support) SAVED MONEY.
OKey Dokey.. Kids are off doing their thing. Garrat is landscaping with Darren today making $10 bucks an hour and Hannah is off with her step mom applying for jobs and she is going to learn to do some bookkeeping for me this afternoon. ( we seem to keep having scheduling conflicts.. )
I have a huge amazing list of things to get through and clients to take care of today, quotes to get out. This makes me Happy!

The action I took towards my BIG DREAMS were...
( you must take one action towards your big dream every day ( 3 is awesome)
1. Listened to my morning meditation which puts me in my mind on my paddle board, floating on the water.
2. Got the skip rope out which will help with with my balance while on the paddle board, going to to use it three times today and I hadn't thought of applying the same technique as walk to run.. to stand to skp.. When you walk to run, you walk five run one, until you are run 5 walk one.. and then you just run.. so I am going to apply the same technique to skipping as I want to make sure I am careful of my knees.
3. Working, organized and working so I can bring money in, pay off the debt, so I can live the dream.

The actions I took towards my Happiness were
(You must at least do ONE activity towards increasing your Happiness at set points every day.. no matter how small)
1. meditate. oh and watched the end of Eat Pray Love which was good.. reminded me to smile with my liver liz..
2. Going to get back to good eating after feasting on candies at the seminar yesterday. Oh yuk!
3. I am up, feet on the ground, and smiling. all good!~ 
4. Actually having another Marketing Mastermind Group tonight as well. The roster is full! I opened 10 spots as I want to be able to offer massive value and really get to know the people coming to get started..
