Paiwen Board Video

Another day, and so much to do,

So I got started on this blog as a challenge to verbally create a more positive outcome for my lifeéfamily and my business.  We have been through big family changes and physically moved house holds, gone from an amazing income with no expenses, a free beautiful place to live to just a whole different life. A life I like better by the way But they just saw me on my low energy points when I just had nothing left to give as it was put into all the change and figuring out how you become a single parent to some kids to had the equivalent of 5 parents. IT has been alot of weight on one set of shoulders.  Emotionally and financially.  But we are on the other side of the hill and headed for the next mountain. My point of starting this today is that as I have a very hard time handwritting ( my muscles don`t function past a couple lines of writing with a pen) I have been using this to start my `Success Journal`it is an actual book put out by www.mymsucess.com and I am warmed up now so I thought I would type out the format to fill in the pages.  It is a 90 day challenge to think about big dreams, goals, to look at your successes. So I will do a template and then fill it in each day. So very Oprah!

Getting out on the water with a paddle board, with the kids in the sail boat with a new working motor as Sergai says we should sell the other one as it is not safe enough for a bunch of girls to be out on the water with.. it runs.. but not reliable. What a great guy! He spent ages messing around with it.


I am what I think about most! 
My Successes yesterday were : (hummm I might be a morning writer but fix this later.) 
1 Held my first meetup group in ages.  Soft start last night with Agata and Gerry, Hard start next week. :-)
2 Taking time to do this daily blog.
3 Heard back from the city wanting more info about me in regards to a marketing and volunteer management position.. very cool..
4 Safely made it Cultas lak, and Aldergrove 2 x each yesterday.
5 Did my walk up Everett Hill 2x - wow that is steep!

I  am Grateful for (3 min. and you can repeat) 
1 Great Guys like Sergai who will give you honest advice,
2 Awesome guys like my neighbor Paul who scraped the driveway and is still waiting for his cookies... in return.
3 For Hannah being home and helping out with the house, just her prescence is enough for now, see where it goes from here daughter.
4. For Garrat so willing to do so much volunteer work, and believing me that it will pay off.  He is truely investing his time and spirit in to what he is doing with a great attitude both at the Zoo with the birds he is working with and helping out Jan on the farm with Haying, taking care of several yards and actually taking on a paper route as well. Very cool.


The action I took towards my BIG DREAMS were...

1. Posted a not on the Paiwen Facebook page and offered to volunteer!
2. Got my work out done
3. I am going to a grown up party tonight... with a pool

The actions I took towards my Happiness were
(You must at least do ONE activity towards increasing your Happiness at set points every day.. no matter how small)
1. Cleaned up the kitchen so Hannah won`t be freeting about a messy house,
2. Had my veggies soup this morning. ( Well it is on the counter waiting)
3. Enjoyed a cup of coffee and just doing what needs to get done in the prescent moment instead of worrying about what isn`t done.. I will get to it. It is August.

Notes on Private List - on time management

Is the coffee under control.. how are your adrenal glands..

Look at  your personal data and see where your best energy is.
Notice when you loose your motivation? Where is your best energy and are you working with it?

Watch the Makers Schedule vs the Managers Schedule - Graham.
Look at giving yourselves blocks of uninteruppted time.
You need 2-3 uninterupped hours of time to focus your attention.

Protect your attention: How?
 Look at  your to do list and pick one thing that if you get it done, you will feel accomplished..

Another Day another Outdoor Office

As many parents know, August is a time that the kids are restless and you have things to get done and they have ideas on what they should be!
I have decided instead of impatience, I will find a change of schedule, until September arrives and they are not at the mercy of so much time to dwell on.  
Tonight I had a soft start to a new meetup.com group.  A testing ground and a place to challenge my own speaking skills. Really looking forward to it as it will give me a time line ( bi-weekly) to get the sections for my latest project and ebook. So all very exciting.  Things are looking even better than expect.

A day a way - brings me back to home

So it was a great weekend, and I have moved through many stages this weekend and learned to be more articulate and relax into where I want to go. Did a video at the beach.
I have had serval people asking me when the Coffee House will start up again and I am finally revamped enough to move it out to Abbotsford with a new name as well. Thursday evenings we have a new networking/marketing mastermind group starting through www.meetup.com  for those who want to get thier marketing plans polished up, learn about new tools and be around others who are excited about growning their businesses.  Soft launch will be this Thursday and full launch the following Thursday at Legal Grounds Coffee shop in Abbotsford. I love it. I can walk there!
So off to work on the website with my 3 offers / packages.  Hope you are all having a great week already.

Do More with less, when it comes to words..

There are many of us who have got to the point where, we can summarize our day for a facebook status, it becomes  a new paradigm of how to present ourselves.  That was when I quit facebook for a while... and as I have promised to write a journal everyday, I woke up this morning, thinking of the things I was grateful for.  It has just been a couple days and isn't it amazing how we can create a new paradigm for our mind to latch onto.  Many people suffer years of abuse, and when it ends they have a very hard time forgiving, and moving on, creating a new paradigm for the mind to work with.
In university I studied religion a bit and one of the many things that sets "The Church" which shall not be named appart from some of the older religions was the believe you can go, confess and be forgiven and start fresh the next day.  It is one of most powerful concepts out there, that has caused alot of damage, caused alot of pain. Go beat your wife today, go to confession, start fresh on the beatings tomorrow.. say enough H.Mary's and poof, you are guilt free. 
All irony asside, it is one of the best lesson's, if you can use it for possitive change in your life.  One thing I remember from church as a kid was one statement that I have had a challenge with, but seem to get much better as I understand it.  "Let Go" let go so you can change, let go so the past is not forging your future, let go and let the new ideas take shape and let go, so you can have fun in the present moment.
My heaven is here, on earth, in the present moment, it is what I make it, and it what will be. So as Goth said, "Begin it Now.."
So today, work done or not we are going to one little corner of our heaven, the boat, by the ocean, fullfilling a promise to take time with the kids. Garrat is spending time with cousins, but Hannah is bringing a gaggle of girls, we are packing a picnic and headed for the boat and then the beach.  I will have a couple books in hand and sunscreen and will will enjoy!

So back to my title and how will I achieve it.. well I spend the day on learning more about video and presenting on video so not having to worry about my grammar and text will be a load of.  The communication will be heightened, I learned about tonalities, certain key points that will draw people into the conversation and get them invested in what I am say, which is a challenge when you are typing. A challenge as you seem to need more words. 
So I will need to write a couple scripts that keep it simple, get a few of my points across. Keep them short  and plentiful, offer massive value and use fewer words than my normal style, but make sure I get the point across...

Sometimes when you do less, you get miles ahead!

The past few days have been such a change of pace, the need to focus on family and home has been more than necessary and it has been happening so naturally with so much help. My daughter seems to have discovered her nesting gene, and has been such a sweet caregiver to her mom, like she has never been before and seems to understand how some types of organization are harder for me, where as organizing anothers business is so easy.  So just so thankful for you genersity, for making the best deviled eggs and great mango slushies!  And following in her footsteps one of my besties showed up after dinner unannounced with a bottle of wine and we orgainzed my closet and threw out clothes, leaving me with time to work on my own business strategies after she left in a clean and tidy space.   As for food and excersize, that rocked as Shelley texted me before I was even awake as I was finally in such a deep sleep I didn't hear my notifications.  It might be normal for most, but I haven't been in a truely deep sleep for probably years, so this is a huge milestone. To be able to be relaxed enough, not to feel the need to be in a light sleep.. sad but true but now it is the past!   She was suggesting a bigger long walk than the long walk 5 miles.. we did last Sunday.. and I just wanted to groan until I suggested we do a Nike app work out and she was good with it and we only walked an hour, but only after we did one seriously tough work out that was only 15 min. but it was boot camp quality and very focused and I suspect I will be in serious pain in the morning.  I love to excersize but I don't have 2 hours a day except maybe Sundays and we included an amazing 7 point salad afterwords which is great! All in all, another amazing, positive day! Planned an afternoon at the boat with Hannah and her girl friends as well tomorrow. Lovin it! Hope youa re all having a great weekend.
